Cardiopulmonary arrest in pregnancy is one of the most dreadful situations for clinicians.Along with physiological changes in pregnancy, the time constraint to save both lives makes this situation impeccably difficult to manage.Here, we present a case of successful Lacrosse Balls resuscitation of a young mother with twin pregnancies who was diagnosed with pre-eclampsia and was under antihypertensive therapy for 4 days.
